Not completely satisfied? Return your unworn items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the same condition that you received it
- With all original tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
How to Return
Email support@hellokittypants.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.
Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided. Keep your tracking number!
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges!
- Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
- We'll reserve your new item and provide return instructions.
- Your new item ships as soon as we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? We're so sorry! Please:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include photos of the damage or defect.
- We'll send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items without original tags
- Items returned after 30 days
