Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • With all original tags attached
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Ship Your Return

Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided. Keep your tracking number!

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges!

  • Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
  • We'll reserve your new item and provide return instructions.
  • Your new item ships as soon as we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? We're so sorry! Please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include photos of the damage or defect.
  • We'll send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items without original tags
  • Items returned after 30 days
